CORANTO // DOCUMENTATION
:. nsettings.cgi is 0 byte 2004-07-26

This is usally related to problems with the filestorage capacity on the webserver. Check the errorlog for any messages that can give some hints about what happened, especially "Out of Memory" type of errors. If you do find any such messages, your first thing to do is contact your webhost and notify them of this. There really are nothing you can do until the source of the problem is fixed.

After that you FTP to your server and look for a file named nsbk.cgi, which should reside in the same directory as nsettings.cgi. First you should make a copy of nsbk.cgi so that you have a safe point to return to if something goes bad, I suggest something like nsbk_YYMMDD.cgi. Then you rename nsbk.cgi to nsettings.cgi and log into Coranto. Hopefully this will help, but depending on how old your nsbk.cgi file was you may have lost some data.

If you still are having problems and can´t figure out why, post a message in the forum, stating that you have read this document and explain what measures you have taken thus far to pinpoint the problem.
